McKinsey & Company: High-Impact Product Launch

Many institutions have their own vernacular — words and images that are meaningful within their bubble yet fail to clearly communicate outside of it. One client found themselves faced with that dilemma as they struggled to describe a multi-faceted product to new adopters. We were hired to simplify the messages and streamline the visuals. Our multi-phase, months-long collaboration resulted in fully rewritten and redesigned marketing tools.

  • Phase 1: Deep learning; reviewed over a dozen different marketing tools

  • Phase 2: Collaborated with internal stakeholders to outline and rewrite the content to clearly explain the product’s features, benefits, and deliverables

  • Phase 3: Turned many sections of written text into compelling infographics and data visualizations

  • Phase 4: Relaunched the product with a refined set of presentations, one-pagers, and case studies — all while adhering to the company’s robust brand guidelines
